Installing games prob

Hi,
Over the last couple of days i've downloaded 3 games: CSI, Age of empires 3 and american conquest. Problem is I can't get any to install. Is there a how to install these games. I burned American conquest when I try to install it i gets to the install screen then i get setup.exe has encountered a problen and has to close. I download the file again and get the same error. plz help

Where are you downloading from? Try checking the links and don't download more than one at once, because lag can cause the download to skip critical files.
